"The reviews seem great but how do one contact the restaurant?"
"Very cute and intimate space, reservations are absolutely necessary. Food is delicious, authentic and cooked with love and care. Would highly recommend."
"Authentic Japanese ramen cooked by a Basque chef who will warm your heart and your stomach. Will be back to slurp more soon!"
"It's not the typical ramen you find around town. Due to its flavour and high-quality ingredients, it was better than the ramen I had in Japan. I’ll come 100 times when they open again."
"Went with an entire family. Had a great experience with a warm welcome from the basque chef that’s also the owner. The best family restaurant I’ve ever been to. Definitely recommend it and would like to visit again."
"A pop up in-house dining experience ! Personalized meal with the basque home-chef doing his magic in front of your eyes! Ramen as good or even better that most of Rame places in Toronto. Reservation only!"
"What a wonderful time. What an incredible chef, he was a little bit hot and a little bit cold. His nose was a bit big to have a sip of the sake, but he was able to lick some for the flavour. Overall 7/9. But that's my mom's opinion."
"Hands down the best ramen in the city. No question. I was on the waitlist for months on end and finally got the call for a private seating for batch #29. The chef has perfected the ramen over years of experience, cultivating each step and ingredient with care and precision. Incredible craftsmanship. The Basque chef was able to accommodate my dietary restrictions with ease. The broth was creamy, but not heavy. The hand pulled noodles were made in house and perfectly al dente. The spice level was optimal, and just the right amount of salt. This place is an absolute gem."
